To explore the association of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) compliance with clinical outcomes in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D) and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in a real-world setting. This was a retrospective study of patients with T2D diagnosed with OSA between 2010 and 2017.
