Military sexual trauma was associated with the presence of vasomotor symptoms, vaginal symptoms, clinically significant depressive symptoms, anxiety, and probable post-traumatic stress disorder.

With the approval of fezolinetant, providers and patients have additional nonhormonal treatment options for vasomotor symptoms associated with menopause.
