Conclusion/Relevance: A high rate (95%) of VS was observed among children and adolescents on TLD in rural Zimbabwe. TLD may address the problems of virologic failure and emergence of resistance in Africa. However, longer follow up might be needed to ascertain sustained VS in this vulnerable population.

Conclusion: About one in seven patients reported ADRs under TLD. Medication errors were low, possibly due to effective quality control measures and stable patients being on the programme. Knowing the frequency of ADRs and medication errors is critical for enhancing the CCMDD programme.

Conclusion: In this study of virologically suppressed, ART-experienced PWH switching to regimens containing TAF/FTC and either DRV/c, EVG/c, DTG or BIC, up to 18% experienced excessive levels of weight gain. However, no statistically significant difference was observed across regimens.
