In your specialty, which patient concern or symptom do you feel is most frequently underestimated during initial evaluation?

Muhammad Nawaz14hIn chronic care with multiple problems first visit is just a peak in to who you are dealing with and make a list of priiority of the issues to deal with from acute to chronic and more pressing active issues then you are consumed in that at Psycho Social and Preventive issues take a back seat but if you have them listed as issues to be addressed than they can be taken care of due course of time so can address al the issues but depends on how frequently you see the pt and how compliant they are with follow up -
